Use the form on this page if you have already purchased a software license and you want to do any of the following:

• Recover lost license number.
• Recover lost software installer.
• Download updated software.

A download link should have been emailed to you at the time of purchase. However, if the link expired or you no longer have it, we will email a new one. To receive a temporary link, fill out the form below using the email address that was used to make the purchase.
