The below information applies only to paying customers and individuals who use a voucher code. Web site privacy policies are described here.

We use third-party services to process payments. Depending on your location, the processor could be either Stripe or Paddle.

When a purchase is made, the payment processor notifies us when the payment succeeds. When this happens, we immediately send an automated email to the email address that was provided to the payment processor. The email will link to a download page on this web site. If you do not receive an email within a few minutes of payment completion, it may be worth while to refresh you inbox and check your spam folder. If 15 minutes pass, try sending us a message using our contact form.

If you have a voucher code, it can be used to claim a license. To use a voucher code, enter it on the vouchers page, and then fill out the forms that follow. Using a voucher code will initiate the same delivery process described above.

Customers can obtain a refund for software purchases when all of the following are true: 1) The purchase was made within the last 14 days. 2) The product has not been registered, and no activation code has been obtained. 3) The purchase was made using through our website. For purchases made through the KVR Marketplace, we are not a party to the transaction, and, we therefore don't have a means for issuing refunds.

When a refund is issued, the associated software license will be revoked. All paid products have a free, almost identical, demo version. We strongly encourage customers to try these before purchasing.

Software License Agreement

All software comes with an end user license agreement. This document can be found on the individual product pages.

Installation of paid software requires a one-time activation for each installation. Activation does not involve any third-party apps, and it does not use any hardware dongles.
