Doffset is free VST plug-in that removes DC offset as well as inaudible fluctuating biases.

Signal bias can arise from a variety of sources. It can apear and disapear in a fraction of a second, and it can be difficult to spot in audio editors. Removing offset and bias reduces signal peak levels while preserving loudness. It's a useful trick that may allow you to add a little bit more gain to your final mix.

Doffset is specially designed to minimize spectral coloration while rapidly removing both offset and biases. There are three modes of operation. Each gives a slightly different trade-off between bass response and bias removal. All modes remove DC.

Three Correction Modes

Full Bass: Passes all audio down to 20Hz, but may struggle with fluctuating biases. Suitable for all instruments including bass guitar, upright bass, piano, and tubas.

In Between: A compromise between Full Bass and Fastest. Passes all audio down to 40Hz. Suitable for deep 808-style kicks, French horns, and baritone saxaphones.

Least Bias: Removes fluctuating biases the best, but attenuates frequencies below 80Hz. Suitable for guitar, voice, and snares.
